Panda Clinic and Body & Soul Wellness Center will resume practice (RMT and acupuncture) on Weds, May 20th, in all locations – Metrotown, Guildford, Queensborough.

It has been a difficult time for everyone. We hope you and your family stay healthy and safe during the last two months. 

Our team will strive to provide you with a safe, positive, and comfortable clinical environment. Ideally, the fewer people you see in the clinic, the better it is. In this case, we will try to make sure you only see your therapist.

Here is the safety protocol we will follow:

1. There will be NO front desk/receptionist in each location. Our front desk team will help you remotely by phone to minimize the contact and provide you with a touchless check-in process. Please be seated in the waiting area. Your practitioner will welcome you before your appointment.
2. All in-take form and payment will be made online before the appointment.
3. We have partially removed some seats in the waiting area and limited the number of people in the clinic.
4. We are accepting fewer appointments now. So our staff can have enough time to sanitize and clean the treatment rooms properly. 
5. Please do not bring your families or friends with you to the appointment, unless the patient is a minor or needs assistance.
6. Please come to your appointment with a face-cover (cloth mask or surgical mask). Or you can buy one for $1.
7. We will keep our clinic’s main entrance door open during our regular business hours, so you don’t have to touch the door nob.
8. Please do inform us if you are not feeling well or having a fever.
9. No cash will be accepted in the clinic. All payments will be done online. And the invoice will be sent to your email as soon as your appointment completes.
