Why do I need this?
The most suitable conditions for virtual physiotherapy are patients with chronic pain, limited range of motion, car accident injury, sports injury, strains, knee pain, frozen shoulder (rotator cuff tears), tendonitis, sciatica and different kinds of musculoskeletal issues.
Why virtual physiotherapy?
It is safer (keeping social distance) and more convenient (at the comfort of your own home). A physiotherapy session typically requires the patients to actively perform treatments instructed by a physiotherapist. This works very well with a virtual physiotherapy session. Think of Physiotherapists like “doctors”, but for movement issues. If you suffer from subacute and chronic pains, do see a physiotherapist.
