1. Each claimant is entitled to one coupon per promotional service. Coupons are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or equivalent value in services or products. Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Panda Clinic.

2. Each coupon is identified by a code and an applicable service. The claimant can decide the reward desired during the booking phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon.

3. Coupons are only applicable to specific Panda Clinic products and services and are redeemable online on the Panda Clinic booking websites or through the front desk. The following are the current Panda Clinic booking websites and may be subject to change:

4. To use coupons on the Panda Clinic Booking website, enter the code into the promotional box during the booking process. The discount will automatically be applied to the final price. If the code is not entered at the time of purchase, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be claimed after the purchase is confirmed.

 5. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email, on the coupon, or stated by the Panda Clinic website.

6. Coupons or discounts cannot be applied to previous bookings or services at Panda Clinic.

7. If a coupon is applied and the booking, as per the cancellation policy, is later cancelled by the claimants, the coupon will be invalidated.

8. The coupon has strict validity dates. It may not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods where the coupon may not be usable or valid. Please speak with front desk to confirm dates.

10. Panda Clinic takes no responsibility for delayed, lost or misdirected emails or other forms of communication. They also do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies in information, loss, damage or injury resulting from technical or telecommunications issues, including security breaches. In the event of such issues, Panda Clinic reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.

11. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Canadian law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia
