How do I receive my gift card after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation email. This email serves as your proof of purchase. Simply bring the confirmation (printed or on your phone) to any of our locations to pick up your physical gift card.
What should I do before coming in to pick up my card?
We recommend confirming that your purchase went through by checking your confirmation email.

Can gift cards be used at any location?
Yes. Gift cards can be redeemed at any of our locations, regardless of where they were purchased.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire, unless otherwise stated during a promotional event.
Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
