How does this work?
You will be connected with one of our certified clinical counsellors through a video conference. Talk with them when you are at home keep your session even more confidential.
How to book a session?
Book an appointment online through our booking scheduler below. We will match you with a clinical counsellor.
Complete your intake and consent form online. So your therapist can prepare your case ahead of time.
After you book a session, you will receive an email with a Zoom video conferencing link (Don’t worry. We will onboard you with Zoom).
We will send you a text reminder 15 mins before your session starts.

How much does this cost?
It costs 120 CAD per session. A session lasts around 50 mins. This is currently covered by ICBC and some insurance providers so you will get your money back. If you don’t know if you are covered, call 604 295 9185.
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time to support other patients.
We understand that on occasion a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable, please let us know at your earliest connivence. Cancellation can be done by phone call, text message, email or voicemail at anytime, as we check them regularly.
