What Will Be assessed?
Desk Layout
What is ontop of your desk is just as important as what is under it. Proper height and placement are often overlooked when it comes to setting up your computer screen. Keeping screens at eye-level can greately reduce neck and eye strain.

Chair Use & Posture
We spend a majority of our day sitting. This means the chair you use at your desk matters, as well as your posture while you use it.
Colin will go over how to make the most of your desk set up to ensure you stop the pain before it begins.

At-Home Stretches and ExercisesÂ
Taking breaks is just as important as working. Giving yourself rest from screens and long periods of sitting is crucial.Â
Colin will go over exercises and streaches you can do at home to relieve the stress and pain of working from home.
