How do I know if I need this?

The most suitable conditions for online physiotherapy visits are patients with chronic pain, limited range of motion, car accident injury, sports injury, strains, knee pain, frozen shoulder (rotator cuff tears), tendonitis, sciatica and different kinds of musculoskeletal isuues.

Why online therapy?

Our world has changed. We will stay more at home and keep a social distance with others. But subacute and chronic pains don’t disappear. How do we cope with this? That’s why Panda Clinic is launching telehealth.

How to book a session?

Book an appointment online through our booking scheduler below. We will match you with a Physiotherapist.

Complete your intake and consent form online. So your physiotherapist can prepare your case ahead of time.

After you book a session, you will receive two separate emails. One is an appointment confirmation email with a Zoom video conferencing link (Don’t worry. We will onboard you with Zoom).  One is an instruction email about how to prepare for the appointment.

We will send you a text reminder 15 mins before your session starts.

How much does this cost?

It costs 100 CAD per session. A session lasts around 30 mins. This is currently covered by ICBC and some insurance providers so you will get your money back. If you don’t know if you are covered, call 604 295 9185.

Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time to support other patients.

We understand that on occasion a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable, please let us know at your earliest connivence. Cancellation can be done by phone call, text message, email or voicemail at anytime, as we check them regularly.
