Check your confirmation email & text message to find what floor your treatment will be on. We have 3 floors at our metrotown clinic. Units 510, 412, & 301

Inside the Newmark Building.

Panda Clinic Metrotown Burnaby is located on three floors, third, fourth, and fifth floor. Units 301, 412, and 510

Parking

Parking is available on the side of the the Newmark Building, off of Nelson avenue. As well as behind the clinic on Hazel Street.

Free Parking for Panda Clinic Metrotown patients is located in stalls that are for local businesses.

Please Be Aware

Do not park in any stalls that are for visitors. These are not for public parking and you will be ticketed for parking there. The clinic is not responsible for any tickets received while parking at the Newmark Building.

Insurance & Direct Billing

We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. Click here to see the full list of eligible providers and learn more.

Please note that most insurers treat your coverage details as confidential, so we won’t be able to access your benefits ahead of time. To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend confirming the following with your provider before your visit:

1. Your per visit coverage limit

2. Whether a doctor’s referral is required

3. If a co-pay will apply

Late Arrival

Please be aware, If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your session.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be charged 50% of the session fee, as your provider’s time has been reserved for you.

FAQ for First Time Patients

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed for most patients. However, if you’re using extended health benefits, check with your insurance provider as some plans require a doctor’s note for reimbursement.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. For physiotherapy or acupuncture, it’s best to wear clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area. We also provide gowns and towels if needed.

Does your clinic offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. Please bring your insurance card and a valid ID to your appointment.

What if I'm late or need to cancel?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late arrivals may have a shortened session to avoid delaying the next patient. No-shows may be charged a fee.

Will the treatment hurt?

Most treatments are gentle and customized to your comfort level. Some muscle work may feel intense but should never be painful. For acupuncture, the needles are very thin and often painless.

Can I use my ICBC or WSBC claim at your clinic?

Yes! We accept active ICBC and WSBC claims for RMT, acupuncture, and physiotherapy. Just bring your claim number and details when you book or arrive.
