No. ICBC allows you to get RMT treatments without a referral for up to 12 weeks after your accident date.

Is ICBC RMT fully covered?

Yes. ICBC covers 100% of your inital RMT session (up to the set fee amount). You don’t need to pay anything upfront. Follow up visits may have a user fee. For up to date fees please check our online scheduler here

How many sessions can I get after a car accident?

You’re automatically approved for 12 RMT sessions within 12 weeks of your accident. More can be requested if needed.

What if I had my accident a while ago?

Even if it’s been more than 12 weeks, you may still be eligible. Contact us and we’ll help you verify your claim.

Can I book online for ICBC treatments?

Yes! Just choose “ICBC CLAIMS TREATMENT” section during online booking. You can book other ICBC covered care there as well. We’ll take care of the paperwork and billing.
